Intake Form
Shortly after you contact us, you’ll receive a quick intake form to help us understand your business goals. We’ll also set up a time to meet. You’ll get to choose one of our three website templates as a starting point for your site. We’ve carefully constructed these three templates to cover most small business needs.
First Draft
Once we’ve heard all of your needs, our team will formulate the best approach and begin building your site. In about two weeks, we’ll have a draft ready for your approval. We’ll then implement any necessary changes. We’ll go through this process with you up to two times so that we get your site just right.
Delivery
In about 8 weeks, you’ll have a brand-new, fully functional website fit for your needs.
Final Draft
About 6 weeks into the process, we’ll have a final draft of your new website ready for you. After you give us your feedback, we’ll continue to polish the design into a beautifully optimized website.
SEO and Analytics
We’ll optimize your new website for your ideal audience, but you won’t have to take our word for it. We’ll set you up with the tools you’ll need to track performance over time. We also offer a Website Management Service. See below for more details.
Upkeep Plan
For $89/Mo., we’ll manage and maintain your website. This means we’ll track analytics and continually refine your website. Through this data-driven process, we will optimize and drive more traffic to your site. We also take care of hosting and plug-in management, media management, calendar and events management, and more. See below for details.
